WASHINGTON — The U.S. House on Thursday passed a budget reconciliation bill that contains agriculture programs typically included in a farm bill. The bill, backed by President Donald Trump, passed the House on a 218-214 vote. The 2018 farm bill was signed in December 2018 and first expired on Sept. 30, 2023.
