Kaduna has mainstreamed mental health into primary, secondary care

The state says 100 doctors, nurses and pharmacists have been certified under WHO's mhGAP programme as services expand to 30 hospitals and 23 local councils.

Governor Uba Sani has disclosed that Kaduna State is the only sub national in Nigeria that has integrated mental health into the primary and secondary health systems.
