Referred to by the Anticor Anti-Corruption Association, the Lyon Administrative Court has recently ordered the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region to communicate all the expense notes of its former president, Laurent Wauquiez, between 2021 and 2023. The community has six months to play transparency.
On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, the administrative court of Lyon ordered the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region to communicate to the Anticor association the expense notes of Laurent Wauquiez, when he was still the president.
As in 2024 for our newspaper, the administrative court of Lyon has just won the case for the association for the fight against corruption which demands that the community of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes make public the expenses of its former president.
