A man identified as Andy William Ruiz Torres was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly illegally appropriating the prescription of two doctors. According to authorities, the 49-year-old man would have falsified multiple prescriptions of tramadol medication in Dr. Alberto Pablo Córica Guinle’s offices at Dr. Pila Metropolitan Hospital in Ponce. Generalist doctor Carlos Francisco Planell Dosal was also identified as another of the affected gallens. …
