Free hair-cutting, braiding event focuses on heritage
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - A special Juneteenth event in Youngstown gave back to the community and helped people connect to their roots. Children got their hair cut or braided, and learning that hair cutting and styling is part of their heritage.
