HAVANA, Cuba, Sep 9 (ACN) Two-time Cuban Olympic champion Julio Cesar La Cruz defeated Iranian Amir Esmaeili 5-0 and advanced to the quarterfinals of the heavyweight division (+90 kg) of the World Boxing Championships in Liverpool, United Kingdom.
The five-time world champion Julio César la Cruz beat Amir Esmaeili this Monday by unanimous decision and advanced to the quarter-finals of the World Boxing Championship, which runs in Liverpool, United Kingdom.
