Judge rejects Hunter Biden's bid to dismiss gun case, rejects claim it's politically motivated
A federal judge in Delaware refused Friday to throw out a federal gun case against Hunter Biden, rejecting the president's son's claim that he is being prosecuted for political purposes as well as other arguments.
Hunter Biden's lawyers argued that the case was politically motivated and that immunity from an original plea agreement that failed is still maintained.

The federal judge presiding over Hunter Biden’s gun charges in Delaware on Friday declined the president’s son’s request to dismiss the indictment.
