Judge dismisses Johnson’s Pond lawsuit over new state law

Soscia Holdings filed the lawsuit two years ago after the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (DEM) began enforcing a law that requires dam owners to get a permit before raising or lowering a pond's water levels.
