Lawyers for the American Civil Liberties Union pressed on multiple fronts late Friday to stop the Trump administration from deporting another group of Venezuelan migrants accused of being gang members under the expansive powers of a rarely invoked wartime law.
The expulsion of Venezuelan migrants accused of being part of gangs, ordered by the president, has stopped. The stop remains in effect until further notice
