The House of Migrants and the Human Mobility Pastoral of the Diocese of Ciudad Juárez called on the authorities of the United States to ensure that all actions of their security forces fully adhere to legality, proportionality in the use of force and respect for human dignity, because “no border is greater than the dignity of the human person.”
