CBS reporter’s career began on Tri-State airwaves CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Ed Rabel, an Emmy-winning CBS journalist, whose broadcast career began in the Tri-State, died Tuesday, Dec. 2 in Little Washington, Virginia at age 86.
