John Fredericks, owner of Disruptor Radio LLC has acquired six radio stations and three FM translators from Laurel Highlands Total Communications (“LHTC”) taking LHTC out of the radio business. The transaction began in January with Fredericks operating three of the Morgantown/Fairmont, West Virginia stations and translators under an LMA with LHTC. John and Anita Fredericks’ Disruptor Radio LLC is acquiring LHTC Media’s six stations and three translators in Morgantown and Fairmont WV for $650,000. The acquisition expands the deal originally agreed to in January where Fredericks began operating three of the station and three of the translators as Conservative Talk “The Torch“.
