We are 2/3rds through with meteorological spring in Kansas City and so far it's been pleasantly cool. We've only had one day with highs of 80° or higher this year -- typically by now we've had five. Interestingly, we've had 16 days of 75° or higher this year, when the average through the end of April is 10.
