Joaquín Baranda - Kiosk of history

He was born on May 7, 1840 in Mérida, Yucatán and died on May 21, 1909. He entered the Mexican Academy of Language as a member of the number in 1894. He was the 3rd occupant of chair number XIII. He did most of his studies in Campeche, where he graduated as a lawyer in 1862.
