JinkoSolar Globally Launches AIDC Modules for Data Centers
JinkoSolar's Tiger Neo 3.0 modules offer 85% bifaciality and ultra-high durability to reduce lifecycle energy costs and support reliable AI data center operations, the company said.
- As AI infrastructure demand grows, JinkoSolar launched Tiger Neo 3.0 AIDC modules in Shanghai on March 22, 2026, targeting data centers worldwide.
- To meet data centers' strict reliability needs, the AIDC module addresses high load capacity, prolonged non-stop operation, asset security, and low O&M, while Tiger Neo 3.0 delivers a front-side efficiency of 24.8% or higher and a power output of 670W or higher to help minimize LCOE.
- Passing extreme tests, the modules cleared a 55-millimeter hail impact test and mechanical load tests of 6,000 Pa front-side and 4,000 Pa rear-side loads, meeting IEC 60695, UL 94 V-0, IEC 61730-2:2023, and UL 790 Class A standards.
- In practice, the modules with 85% bifaciality can reach 844W at 0.26 ground reflectance, supporting AI data centers and roof/land utilization, the company claims.
- Stable low-light output means the modules maintain 95%–98% power in low-irradiance range and boost morning/evening generation by up to 8.93%, aiding AI data centers' round-the-clock demand.
