Barbate has been turning the bluefin tuna of almadraba into the absolute protagonist of the Gaditan Spring. Its Gastronomic Week reaches the age of majority this year and it does so with the best data of its history: forty hotels will compete in the Route of the Tuna, a record that also reflects the generational relay that the local hospitality is experiencing.
