Jared Golden Breaks with Party Again, This Time over Russian Sanctions Bill

U.S. Rep. Jared Golden of Maine's 2nd District and another Democratic colleague from Washington have crossed party lines twice this month to help Republicans advance bills. In both cases, Golden said some of the bills were too important to continue to delay over procedural issues.
