James B. Rolle Elementary School releases students early due to power outage

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Yuma School District One says James B. Rolle Elementary School will be releasing students Tuesday. District One says they're releasing them as early as 1:00 p.m. due to a power outage near the school, and says Arizona Public Service is working to restore power.
