COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A Rolla man was charged Thursday with rape, sodomy and sexual abuse after a jailhouse phone call led to a new investigation. Anthony Delgado, 26, is accused of raping a woman at a Rolla residence in September 2024.
