Jade Masogayo's Three-Point Play Wins It for Colorado Women Against No. 14 TCU

On Sunday, Jade Masogayo converted an and-1 three-point play with about 2.1 seconds left to lift Colorado Buffaloes to an 80-79 upset of No. 14 TCU Horned Frogs at the CU Events Center in Boulder.
Despite obstacles, Colorado shot 49.2%, hit 88.9% of free throws, and committed just eight turnovers in a late win after Masogayo missed five free throws earlier this month.
Desiree Wooten scored 19 points, Logyn Greer had 17 and Zyanna Walker added 15 while contributing defensively for Colorado.
The result denied TCU Horned Frogs a spot at the top of the Big 12 after a late foul and injuries to Marta Suarez and Clara Silva. A crowd of 2,240 helped Colorado close on a 10-3 run.
Up next: Colorado at Houston on Wednesday , having reached 80 points first this season against TCU and adding to JR Payne's ranked wins.
