Campbell River resident receives inaugural service award

For more than four decades, Carol Chapman’s dedicated service and volunteerism have helped shape Campbell River. On August 6, Chapman was presented with the first-ever MP Distinguished Service Award at her local business, A Cut Above hair salon.
