ITV Commissions Two New Series of 'Record-Breaking' Hit Show
The series has drawn ITV’s strongest 11.30am ratings in a decade and 6.3 million ITVX streams this year, prompting two more series.
On June 15, ITV announced the renewal of the Fletchers' series for a fifth and sixth season, extending production into 2027 following exceptional performance across the broadcaster's platforms.
Former Emmerdale actor Kelvin Fletcher and his wife, Liz Fletcher, star in the series, which debuted in 2023 and documents their transition to life on a 120-acre farm in the Peak District.
The series recorded 6.3 million streams this year, becoming the best-performing programme in the 11:30am slot this decade, with episodes reaching up to two million viewers.
Kelvin and Liz will co-produce the upcoming series alongside Daisybeck Studios through their company, Fletcher Studios. "We're delighted to be returning for series five and six," they said in a joint statement.
Leanne Clarke, Assistant Commissioner for ITV Entertainment and Daytime, said the show continues to capture family life with "chaos and charm," promising further laughter and unforgettable moments as the next chapter unfolds.
