Mount Etna on the Italian island of Sicily has erupted again. Drone footage shows lava flowing from the volcano and thick plumes of smoke towering above the crater. Etna is one of the most active volcanoes in the world and exhibits regular eruptions.
The Italian authorities have increased this Friday the level of surveillance of Etna, the highest active volcano on the European Plate, located on the island of Sicily (south), due to a new lava eruption at its heights.
