ISLAMABAD - The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast rain-wind/thunderstorms in Islamabad, Pothohar region, upper Punjab, Kashmir, upper and central Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan on Thursday, with heavy falls expected at several places.
