The Croatian government and the bankruptcy administrator of the Rijeka shipyard have reached a settlement, the Croatian daily Poslovni dnevnik reports. With this, the Croatian state has resolved a legal dispute before the expiry of the only valid bid for the takeover of the shipyard, submitted by the company owned by the Slovenian Šešok family, Iskra Brodogradilište 1 from Šibenik.
On May 3, the bankruptcy trustee and the state reached a settlement on ownership and the sale of shares.
