A family from Versailles, who had gone on holiday to the Hautes-Alpes, ended up spending part of their summer searching for their cat, Chanel, who disappeared during a stop at the L’Isle-d’Abeau motorway service area (Isère). After nearly a month of searching, Chanel was finally found safe and sound, reports Le Dauphiné Libéré.
On their way to the Hautes-Alpes, a family from Versailles (Yvelines) stopped at the L’Isle-d’Abeau motorway rest area on August 8th. This stop marked the beginning of a nightmarish summer holiday: their black cat, Chanel, had run away. The vacationers spent 12 days at the rest area searching for her.
