This map was published by Seán De Hoichtúin in 2022 as part of the initiative #30DayMapChallenge. The map shows the six national parks that exist in Ireland. The first national park, Killarney, was declared 1932 and the last, Wild Nephin, in 1998. Together, they cover a total of 650 km2, representing 0.9% of the total area of Ireland.
