Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha has welcomed Ireland’s decision on its readiness to join the Enlarged Partial Agreement, which opens the way to the creation of a Special Tribunal for the crime of Russian aggression against Ukraine.
This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga.” This is a logical step, given Ireland's consistent and principled support for all efforts to establish accountability. I am grateful to Helen Makenti for this decisive position,” Sibiga wrote. Greece became the 22nd country to join the Special Criminal Tribunal of the Russian Federation.
