United Nations human rights experts denounce escalation of arbitrary detentions and executions against ethnic minorities in Iran
UN experts are calling on Iran to stop the mistreatment of ethnic minorities. Since protests that began in December, they have increasingly become victims of arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance, and torture, according to the experts. This reportedly primarily concerns the Kurdish and Baloch minorities.
