- Citing family reasons, Bates said `I have been fortunate enough to serve on the board for nearly 11 years` and will step back to let the next generation of Regent leadership continue.
- Rouse, who first served as a student regent from 2008-2012, will step down as president pro tem but remain on the board through her term ending 2027 after a 2021 appointment by Gov. Kim Reynolds.
