The 90-year-old Josef Fritzl, who had held and raped his daughter in the cellar for decades, wants to get out of prison after more than 15 years of imprisonment. An earlier application had been rejected. Now the Krems Regional Court is examining again.
For years he raped his daughter in a cellar dungeon. Then Fritzl was sentenced to life imprisonment. In 2024 a release was refused. He and his lawyer did not let loose.
