Russia Adapts a Training Missile to Lead Its Ballistic Onslaught of Ukraine
- Russia has escalated its ballistic onslaught on Ukraine using repurposed RM48U training missiles, which accounted for more than half of the 228 ballistic and hypersonic missiles fired during July and early August, according to official Ukrainian data.
