Belleville council voted Monday to receive a new staff report that did not recommend adopting Coun. Kelly Henderson’s ask in June to explore looking at “steps necessary for disabling the automated speed enforcement cameras between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. daily and provide a sample resolution.”
