INDIANAPOLIS — Gov. Mike Braun highlighted his recent signing of HEA1200: a bill cracking down on undocumented immigrants with Commercial Drivers’ Licenses (CDLs) driving large commercial trucks on Hoosier highways.

Indiana Governor Mike Braun held a ceremonial signing for a bill that revoked almost 1,800 non-domiciled commercial drivers licenses in the state at the beginning of April.  The Indiana House Enrolled Act went into effect on April 1st. The bill, also known as HEA 1200, revoked the CDLs of any immigrant residing in the country illegally – approximately 1,790 CDLs.
