A 51-year-old Indian-origin man was arrested and charged with capital murder in connection with the fatal shooting of 21-year-old Muna Pandey in her apartment in Houston, United States (US).  A report by Fox News on Thursday (Aug 29) said that the attacker was identified as Bobby Singh Shah. He was arrested on Wednesday during a traffic stop in northwest Houston.
