Why Indian Army wants 2,715 drones to supply troops at remote border posts
The Indian Army is exploring its largest purchase of logistic drones to carry supplies to difficult border posts. The proposed systems must work in extreme cold, resist jamming and fly across mountain terrain at altitudes of up to 20,000 feet.
