Inde Navarrette Shades Shane Gillis in SNL Monologue After "Wh--es" Comment Controversy
- On Saturday, Obsession star Inde Navarrette made her Saturday Night Live hosting debut, using her opening monologue to address her Marvel casting while taking a pointed swipe at Shane Gillis's controversial monologue from earlier this month.

- Navarrette, cast as Rogue in the upcoming X-Men film, joked that she works out in her "little whore outfit" to meet Marvel's fitness demands, directly referencing the comedian's earlier remarks to audience applause.
- Reviews praised Navarrette's comedy commitment during the Halloween episode, including her performance in the "Uninterested Woman Game Show" sketch alongside cast members Sarah Sherman and Jane Wickline.
