Tony Polter has been visiting from the UK every year for the last 35 years. Fishing in the Longford/Roscommon and Leitrim areas last month he had some incredible tench catches. On one occasion he was fishing with a friend who lives locally. He enjoyed an memorable day on the Royal canal in Co Longford catching 22 tench in a single session.
