BLUFFTON, S.C. (WSAV) — The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) is investigating a threat of a possible explosive device outside of CVS on Fording Island Road in Bluffton. Someone reportedly called in a threat that there could be something near CVS Pharmacy, which is located inside the Target.
