In Tokat, the Governorship and the Provincial Mufti's Office collaborated to organize an "Amin Alayı" and "Bed-i Besmele" ceremony for 660 students aged 4-6 attending Quran courses. The procession, accompanied by a Janissary band, marched from the Yağıbasan Madrasa to the Alipaşa Mosque, where the students received their first lessons in the mosque's courtyard.
