In the midst of high school mobilization, the executive put back on the table its bill penalizing the authors of the damage but also the people present during the action. A measure that is not new, but whose enlargement could be unconstitutional.

The text envisages making the participants in a crowd collectively responsible for the damage committed there, up to a limit of EUR 10 000, without having to prove that they are personally the perpetrators.
As early as October, the government introduced in the Senate its bill to introduce collective responsibility for the reimbursement of damage committed during demonstrations.
