Town of Lloyd Police said two women were arrested March 3 and charged with petit larceny in connection with the reported theft of office supplies from an assisted living facility in Highland. Police identified the defendants as Shakira A. Carrington, 42, of Poughkeepsie, and Sabrina A. Zachary, 37, of Highland.
