On Monday, the Ministry of Justice postponed the implementation of the new Federal Code of Criminal Procedure in the Federal Chamber of Criminal Appeals of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), as well as in the Federal Chamber of Economic Criminal Appeals. It did so through Resolution 530/2025 published in the Official Gazette, in which it specified that the entry into force, scheduled for August 11, will be postponed until November 10.

The Attorney General's Office warned of the lack of technical and building resources, so the Ministry of Justice postponed the start to November 10 in the jurisdictions of the Federal Chamber of Criminal Appeals of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and the Federal Chamber of Economic Criminal Appeals.
