The Defence Minister Ionuz Mousteanu said yesterday that a mandatory step was taken at the Government's meeting to ensure the legal framework for the implementation of the SAFE instrument, he showed that he was following the CSAT presentation of the investment list, and contracts will be signed by the end of May 2026.
