BY PEPPER FISHER Sequim – One tiny, injured kitten, found in a very dangerous location, might make you believe in miracles again. Washington State Trooper Mark Hodgson and a co-worker were recently on duty at the Hood Canal Bridge, in an area not accessible to the public, preparing for a bridge opening, when the co-worker thought he heard a faint cat’s meow.
