In its latest report for Lithuania, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has lowered its forecast for Lithuania's economic growth this year from 2.9% to 2.8%, down from the 2.8% forecast in May. The Fund warns that some of the factors supporting Lithuania's current economic growth are temporary, and that it is important to shift to sources of growth in the coming years based on productivity growth, investment, and structural reforms.
