HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- The family of a motorcyclist killed in February after colliding with a construction vehicle is suing over claims that it was illegally parked at the time of the wreck. William McLean, 52, died Feb. 19 after his Harley-Davidson struck a tractor on Old Sanders Road near Little River.
