Carolina Garcia MEXICALI, Mexico (KYMA) – In response to the high number of accidents in Mexicali, many involving young people, reforms to the municipal traffic regulations are being prepared as a way to prevent further fatalities. These reforms include removing modified "Infiniti" model cars without regular license plates from circulation. Mayor Norma Bustamante announced this Thursday that the proposal will be presented next Monday.
