Ideological discrimination in the workplace is a form of invisible but deeply rooted exclusion that threatens freedom of thought, equal opportunities and democratic pluralism. In a context of growing social polarization and public exposure through social networks, the political or philosophical convictions of people have in many cases become an informal criterion of selection, promotion or exclusion within the world of work.
