A curious case was handled by police in Ostrava. During a routine roadside check, they stopped a driver whose breathalyzer test showed an extreme level of over four per mille of alcohol. Such a result would usually indicate severe intoxication, but the man claimed to the police that he had not consumed any alcohol.
